Altopass is a passwordless authentication startup. The challenge was to communicate a technically complex product in a way that felt calm, confident, and trustworthy. Messaging needed to earn trust with enterprise buyers while staying intuitive for everyday users.

I rewrote the entire site and UX copy to work on two levels:
– For enterprise buyers: messaging that clarifies the architecture, without inflating claims.
– For end users: step-by-step language that guides without condescending.

Every line was written for clarity and restraint. The tone system was designed to reduce friction, instill confidence, and reflect the structure of the product itself.
